BTW South Ltd works from two primary bases, one in Cromwell the other in Gore. From our central bases we service the wider Otago and Southland Regions.
BTW South offers our clients a comprehensive range of services from topographical surveys to land development feasibility studies and project management. Assistance with gaining resource consents and consultation with local communities and Iwi are also among BTW Souths areas of expertise.
Our clients range from individual property owners to multi-national companies, requiring a broad range of expertise using traditional as well as the latest sophisticated technology.
Our registered surveyors are accredited with Land Information New Zealand to carry out land title surveys as well as geodetic maintenance surveys for the New Zealand Government.
Our planners are experienced in all facets of resource consenting from advising on and assessing consenting requirements, preparing application for consent, assessment of environmental effects, carrying out consultation with affected parties, and attendance at resource consent hearings if required. Our planning team look to find creative and cost-effective solutions to planning problems.
